ANNEXURE TO AGREEMENT FOR SALE AND PURCHASE OF REAL ESTATE

SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF THE 2026 BELLGROVE WELCOME HOME PROMOTION

1. The 2026 BELLGROVE WELCOME HOME (“Promotion”) commences on 22nd May 2026 and ends on 31st August 2026 (inclusive). The Vendor and Purchaser must have entered into the Agreement on or between those dates.
2. MILES Property Development LTD (MPD) shall provide one (1) of the following 2026 BELLGROVE WELCOME HOME Options to a Purchaser (“Purchaser”) who enters into an Agreement, confirms the purchase of a property in accordance with the Agreement and these Special Conditions, such option to be chosen by the Purchaser and confirmed to MILES Property Development LTD at the signing stage of the Agreement under this Annexure:
   a. One (1) ten thousand dollar (NZ$10,000.00) Travel Gift Card from an MPD preferred supplier; or
   b. A credit on the settlement date of one (1) ten thousand dollars (NZ$10,000.00); or
   c. One (1) ten thousand dollar (NZ$10,000.00) Furniture package from an MPD preferred supplier; or
   d. One (1) ten thousand dollar (NZ$10,000.00) Appliance package from an MPD preferred supplier; or
   e. One (1) ten thousand dollar (NZ$10,000.00) Fuel Card from an MPD preferred supplier.

All values are GST inclusive.

3. The following Special Conditions (“Special Conditions”) apply to the MILES Property Development LTD Promotion.
4. The Vendor and Purchaser must have duly executed an Agreement for the sale and purchase of a property that has been selected by the Vendor for the purposes of the Promotion (“the Agreement”).
5. The purchase price payable under the Agreement must be the full purchase price advertised and offered by the Vendor.
6. The Agreement must become unconditional within ten (10) working days from the date of the Agreement.
7. The Purchaser shall not assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations under the Agreement or Nominate another party to complete its rights and obligations under the Agreement.
8. Settlement of the Agreement must take place as specified in the Agreement. The Purchaser must settle in full and without deduction, set off or other withholding.
9. The Purchaser acknowledges that the Purchaser (and any other Purchaser related entity) is only entitled to one (1) Promotion during the promotion period.
10. Subject to the Special Conditions herein, the Promotion shall entitle the Purchaser to one (1) of the above 2026 BELLGROVE WELCOME HOME Options only.
11. The parties acknowledge that:
    a. The Travel Gift Card will be non-transferable and non-refundable. The full value of the Travel Gift Card must be used by its expiry date (if applicable). Any Travel Gift Card provided is also subject to the Travel Gift Card provider terms and conditions.
    b. The Furniture Package and Appliance Package options include items of a value up to
    $10,000.00 and will include items from the supplier chosen by MPD at MPD’s sole discretion.
    c. The Furniture Package and Appliance Package options include delivery of items to the property on the settlement date by (MPD) but does not include International or New Zealand shipping/courier fees, nor include the installation of the same; installation is the full responsibility of the purchaser.
    d. The Fuel Card option is for the full value of the Fuel Card must be used by its expiry date (if applicable). Any Fuel Card provided is also subject to the Fuel Card provider terms and conditions.
12. This promotion is open to New Zealand residents only & aged eighteen (18) years or over.
13. The Purchaser will provide the Vendor a copy of one current form of photographic identification and its New Zealand Inland Revenue Department number. The Purchaser’s IRD number is collected for verification purposes only and will be held in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
14. The Purchaser, if requested by the Vendor will provide written confirmation of:
    a. Any finance offers to enable the Purchaser to complete the purchase;
    b. Income details;
    c. Employment History;
    d. Residency status.
15. The Purchaser authorises the Vendor to undertake a credit check.
16. On settlement of the Agreement within the timeframes specified in the Agreement and provided that the Purchaser has strictly complied with all the terms and conditions of the Agreement and these Special Conditions in all respects, the Purchaser will be entitled to their one (1) chosen 2026 BELLGROVE WELCOME HOME Option.
17. The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that if he/she/they/it do not strictly comply with all these Special Conditions, all the terms of the Promotion and all the terms of the Agreement, then the Purchaser will not be entitled to the 2026 BELLGROVE WELCOME HOME promotion.
18. The Vendor reserves the right to exclude any Purchaser from the Promotion where the Purchaser has provided false information, failed to meet eligibility criteria, or breached any terms of this Annexure.
19. The Vendor also reserves the right to amend, vary, extend, or discontinue the Promotion at any stage, for any reason.
20. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
21. In the event of a dispute, the Vendor’s decision is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
