Two New Christchurch Showhomes Under Construction
Miles Construction is building two brand new showhomes in Christchurch, one in Casebrook and one in Prebbleton.
Both are under construction now and will open for public viewing soon.
When they do, you will be able to walk through a finished MILES home, see the workmanship up close and talk through your own build with our team on site.

Casebrook Showhome, Styx Mill Road
Our latest showhome is taking shape on Styx Mill Road amongst the newest developments of Casebrook, north west Christchurch. It is a family focused design built for how people actually live, with open plan living, a separate lounge and quality fittings throughout. Casebrook is a great pocket of the city for growing families, close to Northlands, Papanui and the Northern Corridor, with good schools and parks a short drive away. Once we open, you will be able to see the layout, the finish level and the standard of finish that comes with every MILES home. We are planning many house and land packages in the immediate area if you want to get started before the doors open. Prebbleton Showhome, Hamptons Road
Our second showhome is under construction in Hampton Grove, Prebbleton. This showhome is central to our projects across SouthWest Christchurch including Prebbleton and Halswell and surrounds. Prebbleton has become one of the most sought after spots in Selwyn, with a village feel, larger sections and an easy run into Christchurch and Rolleston. This showhome has been designed to make the most of that lifestyle, with generous indoor outdoor flow and a layout suited to entertaining. When it opens soon, we welcome you to walk through, ask questions about specification and pricing, and get a real sense of what your own build could look like. We have numerous Hampton Grove house and land packages available now.

Once open, both showhomes will have set public viewing hours and no appointment is needed. If you would like a private walkthrough with a member of our team, get in touch and we will arrange a time.
Yes. Our showhome designs can be adapted to suit your section and budget, or we can design something entirely bespoke. We also offer design and build, build only or house and land packages across Canterbury.
